Porto Greco is a bay located between the cities of Vieste and Mattinata. It is surrounded by the Mediterranean vegetation and calcareous costal cliffs overhanging the sea.
The bay can be easily reached by boat while other connections are slightly more difficult. Nevertheless, you’ll find a 400 meter path connecting SP54 road from Vieste to Mattinata with the gravel beach.
The 84 meter wide beach is characterized by a deep seabed and no services. This is often one of the places where to stop while visiting sea caves on a guided tour.
